Alderman and Associates was founded in 2012 by Mike Alderman, a career restaurant professional with over 30 years of experience. Mike has managed many different concepts, while holding various management titles. During his career he was a Regional Training Manager for Outback Steakhouse in Florida and Georgia. A large part of this position was inspecting multiple locations for their adherence to brand standards as well as cleanliness and food safety. The founding of his company provided him the opportunity to let his experience, knowledge and teaching skills benefit many restaurant professionals in the South Georgia and North Florida area.
